If I could review the service as a 10, it’s worth even more than that. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect with your experience. The food is consistent and always good. The outdoor work bar is the place to be. The bartenders that serve out there are the best in the industry - shout out to Tatiana, Tim, Emmy and Genevieve. You could be annoyed by their many rules, but you could also come to appreciate them because they’re in place for a reason.

We sat outside on the intercostal at the bar. Was a great experience. Sunday at 12:30. Our bartender/server was fantastic. Friendly and was on top of everything. I had the rotisserie chicken kale salad and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Everything came out quick and tasted amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an excellent experience at Houston's while visiting from out of town. My boyfriend was in town conducting a training and met up with one of his college friends for lunch today, and everything about the experience was top-notch. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly made the day special. Jasmine/Jazmine was an amazing waitress — attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire meal. She made sure everything was perfect and took great care of us from start to finish. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Whenever I come to pompano I always make plans to go to Houston’s at least once. The atmosphere is great, the service is exceptional, and the food has never disappointed. I always look at the menu, but find myself getting the ribs every time because they are so good. I like swapping out the sides for a bake potato. Sometimes I will just order the bake potato for take out, if I am just looking for something quick. The fish is also good, the salmon is a staple for my wife, simply seasoned, and always cooked right. The key lime pie for dessert is hard to pass up. The gram cracker crust is soft and savory, and provides a nice balance to the tartness of the filling. Even if you are full, it is worth it.

What an exceptional experience at Houston Pompano with my wife. As always, the food was absolutely outstanding beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a warm and sophisticated setting that made the entire experience truly memorable spinach deep always a most!

Went there just for drinks. Sat outside because they have a beautiful view of the intercostal.it was chilly but the deck was heated. The staff were very nice and attentive. The drinks were meticulously prepared. Can’t wait to go back for dinner next time.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience at Houston’s. This was easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The atmosphere was incredible. Everything felt polished, comfortable, classy, and welcoming without feeling overly formal or stiff. The restaurant had such a great energy, and you could immediately tell that a lot of attention goes into creating the overall experience. The environment alone made the night feel special. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, perfectly prepared, and extremely high quality. There wasn’t a single part of the meal that disappointed. You can tell there is a real level of consistency and attention to detail in the kitchen. It was the kind of meal where you actually slow down and appreciate every bite instead of just eating and moving on. But what really took the experience to another level was our server, Yanni Yanni gave us some of the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. He was attentive without hovering, professional without being robotic, friendly without forcing conversation, and seemed to know exactly when we needed something before we even had to ask. That balance is extremely difficult to get right, and he absolutely nailed it. He made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire meal. The service was smooth, relaxed, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Nothing ever felt rushed, forgotten, or inconvenient. Every interaction felt natural and welcoming, and it honestly made the entire dinner significantly better. Great food can make you enjoy a restaurant once, but exceptional service is what makes you want to come back, and Yanni absolutely accomplished that. When someone takes that much pride in what they do, it shows. Houston's is located Right on the intercostal. Plan on a 45 minute wait to be seated outside. The outside dining experience is worth the wait. We sat at the outside bar and enjoyed some cocktails while we waited for our table to be ready. The wife and I selected to split a ribeye and a salad. The ribeye was served with fries. For the salad we selected the Houstons vinaigrette which was great.

What a sweet spot to dine! We sat outside on the deck on a beautiful day ! So nice to watch boats drift by ~ the wait staff was stellar in all ways which made our lunch all the better!! The food was cooked to perfection and served with correct temperatures. Cocktails were perfect and dessert of a Key Lime 🍋‍🟩 Pie ! topped off this wonderful experience! I’ll be back ! Gratis Valet Parking a plus !
